• Can I invite the AI Meeting Assistant to an unscheduled call?

  Absolutely, it’s simple! Just add the Google Meet link in the field on our website's header or footer and click the “Add a bot” button. The AI Assistant will then join the call and take meeting notes for you.
• How can I ensure that the AI Meeting Assistant will join the call?

  You can check this in your personal account. MinutesLink will show all scheduled meetings and their statuses. If the status is ‘will be recorded,’ the AI Assistant will join the meeting. If the status is ‘no link’ or ‘won’t record,’ check your meeting settings.
• Is MinutesLink AI Meeting Assistant free to use?

  Yes, you can use it for up to 10 calls per month (60 minutes each) at no charge. If you need more calls, you can upgrade to our Pro plan.
• Is my call information secure?

  At MinutesLink, your security is our priority. Every conversation is encrypted from start to finish, and only authorized personnel can access your meeting notes. You have full control to delete or modify your data at any time. MinutesLink is also GDPR & CCPA compliant.

• Is Scribbl free?

  Yes! We use a credit system where 1 credit equals 1 meeting. You get 15 free credits a month which are replenished on the first of the month.
• What meeting platforms does Scribbl work on?

  As of right now, Scribbl only works on Google Meet. This was intentional. We wanted to build the best experience possible for Google Meet users before moving on to other platforms. That said, you can expect Zoom and Teams in the near future. Stay tuned 😎.
• Will a bot call into my meetings?

  Nope! The Scribbl AI meeting assistant doesn't need to call into meetings. It works entirely through a Chrome extension on your browser. The experience is about as seamless as it gets.
• What languages does Scribbl support?

  We support the ever expanding list of languages available for Google Meet captions. You can find the list here.
• Does Scribbl train it’s AI on my conversations for use by other customers?

  No, your organizations conversations belong to you! We DO NOT train models with your data that are used outside of your Scribbl account.
