Activate the hotfix workflow. Run /workflow-start hotfix with the user's prompt as context.

Steps: /scout → /plan → /plan-review → /fix → /prove-fix → /tdd-spec → /tdd-spec-review → /test-specs-docs → /test → /workflow-review-changes → /sre-review → /watzup → /workflow-end
