   • Key decisions made
   • Important conversations
   • Progress toward goals

3. Identify patterns:

   • Wins this week
   • Challenges encountered
   • Energy/motivation levels
   • Time well spent vs. wasted

4. Set next week focus:

   • Top 3 priorities
   • Key meetings
   • Strategic focus area
