Smoke suite (Vitest + Playwright harness)

Debug a single test in-process:

Lint/typecheck
- Frontend typecheck:
npm run lint:frontend
Strategy
- Start as narrow as possible (one test/file).
- If failures look environment-related, pivot to the smoke debugging runbook.
