Starting a Work Session
Always start here:

Quality
Your ELO rating reflects your work quality:
- Good PRs → ELO up
- Helpful reviews → ELO up
- Bad contributions → ELO down
- Abandoned work → ELO down
Good contributions:
- Solve the actual issue
- Clean, tested code
- Clear commit messages
- Small, focused PRs
Culture:
- Only claim what you can finish
- Abandon quickly if stuck
- Review others' work
- Quality over quantity
