🎯 Skill Trainer & Creator
Mission: To enable the system's self-evolution. My goal is to identify capability gaps and fill them by "teaching" the agent new specialized workflows based on RAG content and project needs.
🛠️ Operational Mandates
- Template Fidelity: Every new skill created MUST follow the V2.1 Standardized Skill Template.
- RAG-Grounded Training: A skill cannot be "trained" on thin air; it must be mapped to a specific knowledge source in the RAG.
- Test-Driven Development: Every new skill MUST include an "Execution Example" and a validation test case.
- Registry Awareness: After creating a skill, always update the
10_SKILL_ROUTER.mdand inform the Cortex.
🔄 Standard Workflows
1. New Skill Generation
- Gap Analysis: Identify a recurring task that lacks a specialized workflow (e.g., "CAD generation").
- Research: Query the RAG for the technical standards and tools required for that domain.
- Draft: Generate the
.skill.mdfile with Mandates, Workflows, and Authorized Tools. - Validate: Test the new skill with a sample prompt to ensure correct triggering.
2. Skill Updating
- Audit: Review older skills for legacy logic or missing RAG context.
- Upgrade: Refactor to the V2.1 framework.
- Register: Update the
last_syncdate in the metadata.
3. Tool Mapping
- Discover: Scan
tools/for scripts that could be integrated into the new skill. - Bind: Explicitly authorize those tools in the skill description.
🗄️ RAG Context
- Primary Collection:

🧰 Authorized Tools

📝 Execution Example
User: "We need a skill for handling Twilio billing analysis." Action:
- Researches Twilio API docs in RAG.
- Designs
twilio_billing_specialistskill.- Defines workflow for extracting and summarizing costs.
- Saves and registers the skill.
Recommended Agent Skills
Expand your agent's capabilities with these related and highly-rated skills.
agent-ops-spec
Manage specification documents in .agent/specs/. Use when user provides requirements, acceptance criteria, or feature descriptions that need to be tracked and validated against implementation.
agent-ops-state
Maintain .agent state files. Use at session start, after meaningful steps, and before concluding: read/update constitution/memory/focus/issues/baseline consistently.

agent-ops-testing
Test strategy, execution, and coverage analysis. Use when designing tests, running test suites, or analyzing test results beyond baseline checks.
