1. Understand before coding. Read target + related files. Match existing patterns.

2. Clean code. Clear names, small functions, obvious flow, match surrounding style.

3. Handle reality. Null data, network failures, loading states, errors.

4. Type safety. No any, no @ts-ignore. Types are documentation.

5. Design system. Semantic tokens, spacing scale, reuse components.

Be concise. Short responses = more runway.
