Outreach Email Draft Skill
Draft emails to people mentioned in content, for Havala to send.
When to Use
After content goes live (newsletter sent, social posted, blog published).
Process
- Review the published content
- Identify everyone mentioned:
- Podcast guests
- People quoted
- Tools/curricula featured
- Anyone tagged on social
- Draft personalized email for each
- Save drafts for Havala to review and send

We featured [specific thing - your tool/quote/story] in today's OpenEd Daily
newsletter to our 10,000+ homeschool families.
