When to use
- When explicitly asked to add something to "the vault".
- When creating any reports, instructions, updates, or any generally any markdown documents that are intended to be viewed.
- When tasked with research of any kind, use this skill to organize and categorize the deliverable.
- When processing any data, media, audio, or video that results in an artifact i.e. audio file is transcribed, video is summarized, etc.
- When carrying out any scheduled tasks like multi-agent meetings, think tanks, or any other recurring tasks.
