Docker issues

| Not installed | Install from https://docs.docker.com/get-docker/ |
| Permission denied | sudo usermod -aG docker $USER then re-login |
| Daemon not running | sudo systemctl start docker |
Nextflow issues

| Version < 23.04 | nextflow self-update |
Java issues
