Generate CEO Briefing
Generate a comprehensive "Monday Morning CEO Briefing" for the past week.
When to Use
- Every Sunday evening (scheduled task:
generate_ceo_briefing) - Manually when the user asks for a weekly review or business audit
- After significant milestones or events
Workflow
1. Gather Input Data
Read Business Goals:
vault/Business_Goals.md
Note current quarterly targets, key metrics, and active projects.
Scan Completed Items (past 7 days):
vault/Done/
List all files with timestamps within the past 7 days.
Read Accounting Summary:
vault/Accounting/Summary_YYYY_MM.md
Extract revenue, expenses, and subscription data.
Read Recent Logs:
vault/Logs/YYYY-MM-DD.json (last 7 days)
Count actions taken, errors encountered, and bottlenecks.
Scan Social Media Activity:
vault/Needs_Action/FACEBOOK_*.md
vault/Needs_Action/INSTAGRAM_*.md
vault/Needs_Action/TWITTER_*.md
vault/Needs_Action/LINKEDIN_*.md
2. Analyze the Data
Identify:
- Revenue: Total invoiced, received, and outstanding
- Tasks Completed: What was accomplished this week
- Bottlenecks: Errors, delays, or items stuck in workflow
- Cost Optimization: Subscriptions or expenses to review
- Upcoming Deadlines: Projects or tasks due soon (from Business_Goals.md)
- Social Performance: Engagement metrics and required responses
3. Generate the Briefing
Create vault/Briefings/YYYY-MM-DD_Monday_Briefing.md using this template:
