PROCEED ONLY IF:
- ✅ Build succeeds (exit code 0)
- ✅ No TypeScript errors
- ✅ No linting errors
- ✅ Distribution files created
- ✅ npm shrinkwrap completed successfully
- ✅ npm-shrinkwrap.json file created
IF FAILED: Fix build errors before completing.
