Roadmap & Backlog Management
Communication: User's language. Docs: English.
When to Use
- After completing features → progress review
- New ideas → add to backlog
- Priorities changed → reprioritize
- Weekly/sprint → roadmap sync
Pipeline
ANALYZE → REVIEW PRIORITIES → ADD FEATURES → UPDATE BACKLOG
Phase 1: Analyze Progress
