VIV Parameters
Vortex-induced vibration parameters for riser fatigue assessment.
Detection heuristics:
- Keywords: "vortex-induced vibration", "VIV", "Strouhal number", "reduced velocity", "lock-in", "mode shape", "vortex shedding"
