SKILL.md

Load Context First

Before executing this skill, read the following files from the project folder if they exist:

  1. USER.md — who the user is, how they think, how they work
  2. BUSINESS.md — their business, products, positioning, brand voice, content strategy
  3. ICP.md — their ideal customer, their language, their fears, what makes them buy
  4. Voice or brand voice skill — look for any installed skill related to voice, tone, or brand voice and apply it automatically
  5. Any additional context provided by the user in this session

Use all context silently. Do not reference or summarize files unless asked.

Course Launch Email Sequence

Purpose: Write a complete 10-email launch sequence for a course or program. The sequence builds anticipation, opens enrollment, handles objections, creates urgency, and closes with a final call.

The 10-Email Structure

Phase 1: Value & Warmup (Emails 1-3)

Email 1: The Big Insight (Day -3) Give away a powerful, standalone insight related to the course topic. Pure value. No pitch. Build trust and demonstrate expertise.

Email 2: The Problem (Day -2) Articulate the problem your course solves better than the reader can. Make them feel understood. Hint that you have a solution coming.

Email 3: The Story (Day -1) Share your personal story — how you solved this problem for yourself. End with: "Tomorrow, I'm sharing something I've been working on..."

Phase 2: Cart Open (Emails 4-5)

Email 4: The Announcement (Day 0 — Launch Day) Course is open. Full details: what it is, what's included, the transformation, the price. Clear CTA to enroll. Excitement and clarity.

Email 5: The Deep Dive (Day 1) Walk through the curriculum in detail. Module by module. Show them exactly what they'll learn and be able to do. Address "what's inside?"

Phase 3: Social Proof & Objections (Emails 6-7)

Email 6: Testimonials & Results (Day 2) Share student results, testimonials, or case studies. Let others do the selling. If launching for the first time, share your own results or beta feedback.

Email 7: Objection Buster (Day 3) Address the top 3 objections directly:

  • "Is this right for me?"
  • "What if I don't have time?"
  • "How is this different from X?"

Phase 4: Urgency & Deadline (Emails 8-9)

Email 8: The Deadline Reminder (Day 5) Enrollment is closing soon. Remind them what they'll miss. Recap the value. Last chance for bonus (if applicable).

Email 9: Final Hours (Day 6 — Last Day AM) Doors close tonight. Emotional appeal — future pacing. "One year from now, you'll either have [result] or wish you started today."

Phase 5: Final Call (Email 10)

Email 10: Last Call (Day 6 — Last Day PM, 2-4 hours before close) Short. Direct. "This is it. Doors close at midnight. [Link]. I'd love to see you inside."
