SKILL.md

Load Context First

Before executing this skill, read the following files from the project folder if they exist:

  1. USER.md — who the user is, how they think, how they work
  2. BUSINESS.md — their business, products, positioning, brand voice, content strategy
  3. ICP.md — their ideal customer, their language, their fears, what makes them buy
  4. Voice or brand voice skill — look for any installed skill related to voice, tone, or brand voice and apply it automatically
  5. Any additional context provided by the user in this session

Use all context silently. Do not reference or summarize files unless asked.

Content Repurposer

Purpose: Take one piece of content and transform it into platform-native pieces for YouTube, newsletter, Twitter, and LinkedIn — plus 5 alternative titles. Each output adapts the core insight for the platform's audience, format, and engagement patterns.

When to Activate

Use this skill when:

  • User provides content and wants it repurposed
  • User mentions "turn this into", "repurpose", or "adapt for other platforms"
  • User wants to maximize the reach of one piece of content

Core Principle

Repurpose ≠ copy-paste. Each platform has different audience intent, format constraints, and engagement patterns. The core insight stays the same; the expression changes completely.

Process

Step 1: Identify the Core Insight

From the source content, extract:

  • The one big idea (in one sentence)
  • Supporting points (3-5 sub-ideas)
  • Best example or story (the most compelling proof point)
  • The action item (what should the audience do?)

Step 2: Produce 5 Outputs

Output Format
