Cargo Make Protocol (80/20 Edition)

Golden Rule

NEVER:  cargo [command]

Direct cargo bypasses timeouts, quality gates, andon signals.

  1. Always cargo make - never direct cargo
  2. Receipt-based - evidence not narrative
