Decision Changes (requires CANON/CHANGELOG.md)

• CONTEXT/decisions/*.md - Architecture Decision Records

Warnings (not errors)

• CAT-DPT changes without CATALYTIC-DPT/CHANGELOG.md update
• Canon changes without AGENTS.md sync

Usage
