Notion Call Prep Documents

When the user asks to prepare or generate daily call prep documents for their meetings, use the standard Raj Brief template structure.

Document Naming Convention

Always use the standard title format: FDE - Raj Brief — [Month DD, YYYY] (e.g., FDE - Raj Brief — March 30, 2026).

Template Structure

The document must strictly include the following structure and sections, formatted as Notion Markdown:

  1. *Lens: Forward Deployed Engineering / Technical Architect* at the very top.
  2. ## 🚨 Pre-Call Action Items - Actionable items before the calls.
  3. ## 📊 Coverage Summary - A table with Time, Account, Notion (✅/❌), Stage, and Priority Theme.
  4. For each meeting, a section formatted as ## 🕒 [Time] \| [Account] — [Topic] containing:
    • 📄 [Notion](#) \| Stage: [Stage] \| Est. ACV: [ACV] \| Target Close: [Date]
    • ### Context
    • ### Tech Stack
    • ### Use Cases
    • ### Your FDE Role
    • ### Key Technical Questions to Expect
    • ### Desired Outcome

Integration

  • You should gather information about these accounts and meetings from the user's Notion, Slack, or Calendar.
  • Create or update the Notion page using the Notion MCP tool or API.
  • You MUST ensure the correct layout and hierarchy are preserved when making the API call or sending markdown to Notion.
