Build Validator

Purpose
- รัน tests และตรวจสอบผลลัพธ์
- รัน build และตรวจสอบ success
- รัน linter และตรวจสอบ errors
- รวบรวมผลลัพธ์เป็น report
- Block push ถ้าไม่ผ่าน

Step 1: Detect Project Type
